Chelsey & Russ
While no one predicted the downpour that happened just as the guests arrived at the State Capitol for Chelsey and Russell’s wedding, I’m pretty sure all the guests predicted that the evening would be anything but a wash. This one was a blast!
Chelsey was radiant and Russell was beaming. Congratulations guys!
